These Terms govern your use of the JLPT Quiz app (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by the JLPT organizers, The Japan Foundation, or JEES.

1. Purpose of the App

JLPT Quiz provides quizzes and study tools inspired by JLPT-style questions. It is an unofficial app and makes no claim of being a certified JLPT preparation platform.

2. Accounts

You may use the App as:

• An anonymous user
• A Google-authenticated user (OAuth)

You must not use false or misleading information.

3. User Data

3.1 Local Data

All quiz data, statistics, achievements, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

3.2 Cloud Backup

If enabled, your data is backed up to your personal Google Drive AppData folder. We do not access or store this data.

4. Camera & Media Access

The app may request CAMERA or media-library access only for selecting or capturing profile photos. No images are uploaded or shared externally.

5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer subscriptions or one-time purchases via Google Play Billing. Billing and refunds are handled by Google Play.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, icons, questions, and design belong to VIODRA STUDIOS. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Use the app in an unlawful or abusive manner
• Interfere with authentication or backup systems

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee exam results or content accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Google account issues
• Subscription or billing problems
• Device malfunction

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means acceptance.
